
What are you really afraid of? The loss of a relationship, getting fired from your dreaded job, not having enough chocolate stashed, whether or not they like you, am I good enough, pretty enough... the list can go on and on and on. Seriously, what is the root of your fear? Now ask yourself, “How do I emotionally feel about myself?”
As divine beings, we communicate with ourselves and others through emotions ~ not words. Try to explain how and what LOVE feels like and when, where. Now do the same with the words JOY, SORROW, FORGIVENESS and PEACE. We have a tendency to toss the words into our vocabulary like candy in the Fourth of July parade without really appreciating the energy given/received.
Desiring change in my life, it has taken time to understand, and acknowledge, the repetitive patterns flowing in and out of my experiences. They are situations I've created through the laws of attraction to show in which areas I need to love, forgive and release the fear from within.
Unrealistic limitations etched in our thoughts and beliefs are reinforced by the chatter of our monkey mind's. By feeling the emotions, allowing them to be as they are in this moment, you can begin to heal any issue/situation. If you find yourself wanting to adjust the emotion to be what you wish it were, relax, and allow it to be as it is. Easier said than done if you believe that it's got to be difficult. I'm finding it to be simple. Yes, simple. Let go of any expectations and be in the moment.
How do you emotionally feel when you say 'I love you' to your pet, your mother, your sibling, your best friend, your Self? Notice the different definitions to the same word Love.
